About the Role

Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking an Administrative Support Manager to join our Global Sales team, guiding Vestas' commercial agenda in close collaboration with our Regional Presidents and Sales organizations.

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel planning and bookings to ensure seamless scheduling and logistical support
  • Presentation preparation, meeting minutes, and general correspondence
  • Hosting of VIP guests

The ideal candidate will have a BA degree in a relevant field of study, experience from a similar position in an international company, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and SAP. Additionally, they will possess fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, and be able to plan ahead for the needs and requirements of Chief Executives.
