Role Overview

The Digital Child Safety Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and evolve responsible digital experiences. This includes partnering with Product, Technology, Content, Social Responsibility, Government & Public Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams.

The role requires expert-level understanding of digital child safety and responsible digital engagement with kids, including policy making experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for child safety & wellbeing, empowerment, and good digital citizenship, as well as delivering impactful engagement and skill-building programs for children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the Responsible Engagement with Children strategy within our Kids digital portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and evolve responsible digital experiences.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in digital child safety and responsible digital engagement with kids.

Requirements

  • Expert-level understanding of digital child safety and responsible digital engagement with kids.
  • Passion for child safety & wellbeing, empowerment, and good digital citizenship.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful engagement and skill-building programs for children.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to lead through influence.
