Strategic Business Development Lead for Children's Engagement

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our Kids Engagement team. This individual will be responsible for driving business impact and growth opportunities in the kids segment. The successful candidate will develop long-term business strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the kids segment
- Lead business strategy and drive business impact modeling of Kids Engagement opportunities
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new business growth opportunities mapped to kid needs
- Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with corporate goals
- Communicate effectively with partner teams (e.g. Product, Content, Marketing) to ensure effective execution
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to build business plans & financial models
- Strong understanding of corporate business strategy, the digital landscape for kids, and its impact on engagement plans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to process and analyze data to support business decisions
- Flexible mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where business plans and strategies may shift
