As a Bid Manager, you will join a growing XENTA Bid team and focus on B2B sales of Weibel's solutions to System Integrators and Defence Primes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing proposals from commencement to contract award
  • Supporting Sales in responding to RFIs and Market Surveys
  • Ensuring timely delivery and project management skills

Travel of around 20 days per year can be expected.

Your qualifications and background

You have prior experience from a sales support function of technically advanced solutions to the defense industry. Experience with radars and surveillance systems will be considered an important advantage.

Our expectations:

  • A relevant educational background within engineering and/or business
  • Proven track record in Bid Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global, and complex environment
  • Experience and/or strong interest in complex sales processes, preferably from a high-tech industry
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many immediate requests
  • Strong team player
  • English at negotiation level is a must (spoken and written)
