About the Position:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support of administrative, financial, and communicative nature for EEA. The role will involve handling a variety of tasks with a certain degree of independence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting online research and information searches
  2. Coordinating projects and tasks
  3. Handling administrative tasks with a degree of autonomy
  4. Monitoring contracts and agreements
  5. Filing, scanning, archiving, and photocopying documents
  6. Assisting with other tasks of a similar nature and level of responsibility

Requirements:

  1. You have successfully completed an advanced level of secondary education, preferably in administration, communication, or finance
  2. You have experience from a relevant field and good knowledge of environmental issues
  3. You have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  4. You have good command of both written and spoken English

Practical Details:

  1. Location: Kongens Nytorv in Copenhagen
  2. Working hours: 37 per week
  3. Working schedule: Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 16:30
