The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative outbound representative to join our team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights. As a Business Development Representative at Fullview, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's top-of-funnel sales.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of mid-market companies via sniper-hunting and booking demos.
  • Conduct your own outbound activities, including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  • Meet a minimum of 8 meetings booked per month, which you will work with our founders to close.
  • Execute social selling playbooks on LinkedIn and build your brand in the customer support field.
  • Craft great content to appeal to potential prospects and use best-in-class social selling techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with our founders to build repeatable playbooks over time.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience from SaaS and startups.
  • Experience in a startup setting without predefined structure (Big company experience is great too, but we prefer candidates who've worked in early-stage companies).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest customer support trends and technologies.
