We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and growth of our freelancer community.

This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of freelancers, from recruitment to performance evaluation and termination, as well as leading a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs.

Your responsibilities will be:

  1. Freelancer Management: Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of freelancers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
  2. Team Leadership: Oversee a department, ensuring the smooth operation of all freelancer-related activities.
  3. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality and manage the KPIs related to cancel rates and product quality rates.
  4. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and the quality of outputs.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular reports on department performance, including KPIs, challenges, and areas for improvement, to senior management.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  1. Leadership & Management: Ability to manage and lead a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs.
  2. Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality metrics, particularly in writing and editing, to ensure high product quality rates.
  3. Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
