About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Business Partner to join our team at Nordic Solar AS. This dynamic role will focus on fostering collaboration, trust, and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Alignment: Work closely with business leaders to align people initiatives with organizational goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, retention, and organizational design.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute talent management and retention plans that align with business goals and retain key talent.
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and support workforce plans aligned with the business strategy.
  • Employee Development: Identify and nurture talent by creating pathways for career development, internal mobility, and promotions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Provide conflict management support to resolve workplace challenges and enhance team dynamics.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) or Talent Management professional with a strong track record of driving business results through people-centric strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HRBP or Talent Management, ideally in a mid-sized scaleup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in dynamic settings.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
