Director of Customer Success

This is an exciting opportunity to join TetraScience as an elite engagement leader for key accounts in EMEA. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for driving the success of our customers through effective delivery and value realization strategies.
Responsibilities- Execute a comprehensive delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value with high customer satisfaction and meet annual renewal targets.
- Lead key account delivery teams, ensuring alignment on clear targets and objectives to guarantee team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate complex implementations and product deployments.
- Pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives.
- Proven experience in delivery leadership roles within the Life Sciences software and data market.
- Strong management consulting background.
- Successful experience in startup environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to deliver solutions in the top 250 bio/pharma cohort.
- Experience in delivering complex enterprise deals and expanding customer land deals.
- Excellent program leadership skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations.
- Familiarity with GxP-compliant areas.
- Ability to coach and mentor others, helping them to achieve their best work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
