Global Marketing Campaign Manager, Products & Solutions

Drive pipeline generation by orchestrating coordinated software, hardware products, and solutions launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead integrated, cross-channel marketing launch campaigns for hardware, software products, and solutions.
  • Create comprehensive campaign briefs detailing objectives, creative strategies, tactical plans, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to gather insights and feedback informing product launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to customize product and solutions launch campaigns for specific vertical industries and target audiences.
  • Work with Central Marketing to create innovative and effective product and solutions launch tactics and marketing campaign assets.
  • Liaise with Regional Marketing teams to ensure localized execution of product launches.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across departments to align objectives and expectations.
  • Define campaign milestones and objectives, and regularly report on performance to stakeholders.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success, providing data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and growth metrics.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Serve as a brand and content quality ambassador, ensuring all initiatives align with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive, compelling customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing campaign management, with a proven track record of impactful launch campaigns for software and hardware products.
  • Strong understanding or experience launching software and/or hardware products is key.
  • Strong expertise in 360o project and campaign management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign analytics, and creative development.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, analysing data and metrics to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
  • High competency with tools such as Asana, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce/Pardot, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics is a plus.
  • Native or fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
