At Universal Robots, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our logistics and automation industry efforts. As a Global Industry Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving top-line growth and profitability for our logistics and automation segment.

This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics and automation industry, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop and deploy business development programs and go-to-market initiatives that drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the segment go-to-market strategy and plans
  • Leading program implementation for company-wide business development programs within the logistics and automation segment
  • Driving sales cadence and pipeline integrity for the market segment
  • Collaborating with markets, business development, and other functional specialists to support market segment and account team needs

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the logistics and automation industry, with a strong background in sales, business development, or industry leadership
  • Proven success in building strong relationships at a senior level and driving results with regional and global teams
  • Strong executive presence, leadership skills, and ability to influence others
  • Experience with coaching teams in a global/matrix setting and managing budgets and/or P&L
  • Team player with excellent analytical and quantitative skills, knowledgeable of market and industry dynamics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
