About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our team at Trendhim ApS. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our performance marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to maximize return on investment (ROI) across multiple digital channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of our attribution model to ensure accurate measurement of marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize media mix modeling and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the expansion of our marketplaces strategy, including Zalando and Amazon, to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead a high-performing team of specialists to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in e-commerce or a digital media agency.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in tech, AI, and commerce modeling, including attribution, 1st party data, and econometrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive followership and collaboration across teams.
