About the Role

Trendhim ApS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our performance marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive maximum return on investment across multiple digital channels.
  • Lead Performance Marketing Team: Manage and lead a team of performance marketing specialists to ensure the successful execution of our marketing strategy.
  • Optimize Media Mix Modelling: Collaborate with the brand team and media agency to optimize our media mix modelling and ensure we are allocating our marketing budget effectively.
  • Capture Maximum Value of Data: Ensure we are capturing and utilizing data effectively to inform our marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Expand into Marketplaces: Lead the expansion of our performance marketing strategy into marketplaces such as Zalando and Amazon.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue through performance marketing.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and leadership.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in areas such as attribution modelling, data analysis, and econometrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive followership and collaboration across teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and revenue.
