About the Role
The Inside Business Partner will be responsible for managing CRM leads, analyzing sales data, and developing strategic partnerships with customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the B2B sales environment, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage CRM leads, analyze sales data, and develop strategic partnerships with customers
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and event organizers
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that arise
* Provide regular updates to management on performance and progress
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
* Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
* Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment
