As a Sales Enablement Expert, you will be instrumental in empowering clients to succeed with IBM's Automation solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to identify and develop tailored solutions using IBM's automation offerings.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of IBM's solutions.
Key Requirements
  • Tech Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in complex selling, preferably in Integration, B2B & API technologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies, including API, SOA, Microservices, ESB, SOAP/REST, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, and AWS.
About the Role

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel based on business demand. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales enablement and a keen interest in AI-powered solutions.
