Business Development Leader

At CVX Ventures, we are on a mission to become Europe's largest venture investor. We provide high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network. Our team is comprised of 20 ambitious and talented individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm, and Helsinki.
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Business Development to lead our Danish division in Copenhagen toward continued growth and success. This role requires shaping your strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the natural ability to build trust and connection with people.
The Head of Business Development will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Building out the lead marketing machine
- Driving sales and continuously hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team once certain sales targets are achieved
- Actively participating in budget work and setting goals for the organization
- FOLLOWING KPIs and continuously developing and implementing action plans to improve results
- Leading end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
- Representing CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
- Working closely and in collaboration with other managers
