- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to take ownership, build from scratch, and drive results.
- Hands-on approach – comfortable in both strategic and execution roles in an early-stage startup.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills – ability to close deals and manage key relationships.
- Background in business, sales, or related fields (MBA is a plus but not required).
