This key position will be responsible for managing a team of scientists and technicians in the development and validation of bioassays and cell-based assays. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a life science field and 2-3 years of experience working in a GMP environment. They will have excellent communication skills, a structured mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
