We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team at Limak Cement's Denmark office. As the primary point of contact for business partners and colleagues from our headquarters in Türkiye, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and facilitating communication between our offices.

Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including correspondence management and visitor coordination.
  • Administrative support to the Managing Director and team as needed.
  • Liaison between our Danish office and various departments in Türkiye.
  • Meetings, appointments, and office events organization.
  • Travel arrangements, including bookings and expense reports management.
  • Administrative and travel-related reports preparation for the Managing Director.
  • Filing systems and office supplies maintenance.
  • First point of contact for business partners and colleagues from Headquarters in Türkiye.
  • Conference material and event preparation/organization support.
  • Conferences and events participation. Limited travel will be part of the responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Relevant educational background in business administration, office management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
