We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Expert to join our team at Nine United A/S in Horsens, Denmark.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, leading, coordinating, and performing onsite and online training programs in collaboration with external experts. This will ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge.

The role involves onboarding new colleagues, creating a solid foundation for effective employee development. Additionally, you will be our culture ambassador, ensuring our founding principles and values are deeply ingrained in our company culture.

Key responsibilities include establishing and coordinating leadership training programs with external providers, setting up mentoring and coaching initiatives, handling tuition reimbursement programs, and establishing regular workshops on specific skills with external providers.

In terms of qualifications, we require a background in HR, Training, or Communication combined with 3+ years of experience working with development administration and structuring training programs. You should also possess good practical experience with learning management software, MS Office, and databases from previous roles.

A strong command of English and excellent presentation skills are essential. You will be able to present complex information to diverse audiences and communicate effectively. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team is crucial, along with your capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around €45,000-€60,000 based on industry standards and the location in Horsens, Denmark.
