Sales and Business Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growth ambitions in the European Air Navigation Service Provider segment.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with European ANSPs, planning and executing marketing/promotion activities, and managing proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
You will negotiate and close complex project sales with multiple stakeholders, requiring a strategic, tactical, and analytical mindset. A minimum of 20-50 travel days per year is estimated.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute growth strategies for given accounts
- Plan and execute marketing/promotion activities, including product presentations/demonstrations
- Manage and participate in writing winning proposals in cooperation with the technical team
- Negotiate and close complex project sales with many stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree in international sales and/or a technical degree
- A strategic, tactical, and analytical mindset
- The ability to define and execute the strategy for given accounts
- Proficient Danish and English language skills
- Danish citizenship and the ability to obtain a Security Clearance
