Job Summary:

The BTP Customer Success Partner Advisor will be responsible for partnering with customers to drive SAP BTP adoption and consumption across EMEA. This position requires a strong understanding of digital transformation, technical architectures, and customer success principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to increase consumption of SAP BTP services and coordinate activities with the Account Team.
  • Analyze customer technical needs and execute consumption plans for assigned customers.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare customers to make the best use of the solution, aligned with SAP strategy and roadmap.
  • Be a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders.
  • Work with various teams, including Cloud Success Services, Account Teams, Pre-sales, Product Management, Support, Services, and Partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the IT industry, with backgrounds in software engineering, solution management, project/product management, implementation, pre-sales, technical customer engagement, customer success, proactive support services, and consulting.
  • Deep understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio, including extension and integration suite, cloud databases, data management, analytics cloud solutions.
  • Foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers, with certifications in enterprise architecture a plus.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with familiarity with design thinking methodology a plus.
  • Able to navigate complex organizational dynamics within SAP and externally with customers and partners.
  • Continuous learner, able to adapt to unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
