IT Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Expert to join our team at Unit IT. This dynamic role will involve guiding and supporting our customers, offering innovative and advantageous IT solutions while ensuring top-notch service quality.
As an IT Service Delivery Expert, you will be the face of our organization, maintaining positive relationships with our most valuable existing and future customers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Critical Incident Management: Manage and resolve critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and facilitating effective communication for post-incident reviews.
- Process Enhancement: Define procedures and methodologies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and collaborate with our Insights Team for automation.
- Service Delivery Performance Optimization: Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and drive future demand.
- Optimization Strategies: Analyze third-party and internal processes to create strategies for optimizing service delivery.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Assess feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Invoicing and Contract Management: Oversee customer invoicing, contract obligations, renewals, and KPI tracking.
- Commercial Engagement: Expand customer cooperation by introducing relevant and necessary services, fostering greater engagement.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a corporate or service provider environment and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services. You should excel at building and maintaining positive relationships and have a proactive problem-solving approach. Furthermore, we expect that you have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate or Service Provider environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other service delivery disciplines.
- Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of approximately 105,000 - 115,000 DKK based on your qualifications and experience.
