Role Description

This is a unique opportunity to join LEO Pharma amid a transformation and make a significant impact in our Global Rewards area. As a key member of the Global Rewards team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equity compensation strategies, conducting global remuneration benchmarks, and designing new variable pay schemes.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Remuneration Committee annual wheel, remuneration committee agenda, and materials.
  • Ensure that LEO Pharma's equity and incentive compensation plans are designed and implemented in a way that aligns with LEO Pharma's goals and objectives and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Remuneration Committee with recommendations for executive rewards.

Qualifications

  1. M.Sc. in Business Administration, HRM, or similar.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in global Rewards/Compensation & Benefits.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
