Enhance Incident Management and Collaboration

We are looking for a skilled Technical Incident Manager to join our Operations team at Dalux. In this role, you will lead and facilitate incident response meetings, develop and maintain the incident management process, and communicate with stakeholders internally during and after an incident.

You will also drive post-incident reviews with a focus on continuous improvements, collaborate with development teams, customer support, and product management, and thrive in a dynamic environment where responsibilities will grow and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate incident response meetings
  • Develop and maintain the incident management process
  • Communicate with stakeholders during and after incidents
  • Drive post-incident reviews and continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • IT background and prior experience with incident management
  • Strong facilitation, planning, and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
