We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to join our expanding global sales team. As a Commercial Business Development Graduate, you will play a key part in qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and helping to build our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Support client teams in developing and implementing innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Assist in the delivery of client engagements, including project management and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver exceptional results.
In this role, your primary focus will be to identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team, working closely with outbound sales representatives and field sales professionals. You will follow up on marketing-generated leads, manage inbound leads, and collaborate with marketing to support various demand generation campaigns.
You will also drive attendance and participation in company events and regional trade shows, understand and articulate how our technology solutions address customer challenges, and maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information within our CRM system.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
