About the RoleIn this role, you will be tasked with owning the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention and renewals. You will work closely with senior team members to develop effective customer strategies and collaborate with our Developers, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet customer expectations.
Your primary focus will be on understanding our customers' needs and taking ownership of their internal and external requirements. With high-growth companies like All Gravy, your responsibilities will evolve over time, offering numerous opportunities for learning and growth.
Requirements- Fluent Danish and English language skills
- 1-3 years of experience in customer contact roles, preferably in sales or customer service
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Nice to have: 1 year of B2B experience within SAAS/software
- Structured and punctual approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sense of humor and ability to contribute to a fun work environment
- Excitement about building a big company from scratch and growing personally in the process
- Availability to work at our office in Central Copenhagen (with hybrid work options)
We are a dynamic team working together to create a product people love. As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll report directly to Frederik Gabriel, Head of Customer Success. Our office features a stocked fridge, social events, and a regular Friday bar.
We offer a competitive salary estimated at around 48000 DKK (~6000 EUR) per month, based on local standards and market conditions.
