About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing Consultant to join our Environment & Health (E&H) global team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Communications and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering compelling content to support our company strategy, The Partner for Sustainable Change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-quality content for internal and external platforms, including our global website, intranet news stories, and social media posts.
  • Communications Coordination: Assist in the coordination of communications programs across geographies and support the development and delivery of internal and external communications for key service areas.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns around key strategic areas and help build Ramboll's standard marketing content library.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including graphic design, to ensure the delivery of strong visual content.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Communications and Marketing professional with a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and strategic communications. You will have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or Communications, or a Master's degree in Communications, and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

You will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders at all organisational levels. You will also have strong research and persuasive writing capabilities, an understanding of content development, strategic messaging, and brand development, as well as project management skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
