About the Role
This is a strategic HR lead position for Radiometer's Acute Care Diagnostic Business Unit. As a key member of the Global HR Business Partner team, you will work closely with the Vice President and his leadership team to drive the strategic people agenda and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the business strategy.
- Deliver effective and efficient HR processes and services, considering the functional needs and in close collaboration with Radiometer's Centers of Excellence.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to Sr. Leaders and line Management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field of study, such as Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar.
- 10+ years of experience in HR business partner roles, working in a matrix environment in an international company.
- Experience supporting multiple client groups and adapting to changing technology and innovation-driven environments.
- Experience with Organizational design, change management (such as Prosci ADKAR), and driving cultural changes.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in lean toolbox and/or experience from Continuous improvement environments.
- Analytical and data-driven approaches to complex problem-solving.
- Experience working in the medical device industry or Life Science space.
