About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Neuroscientist to join our team at Lundbeck A/S, H. As a key member of our research department, you will play a crucial role in advancing brain health and transforming lives for people living with brain disorders.

In this position, you will leverage your expertise in neuroscience and cellular assays to advance our molecules towards clinical development. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative assays, generating pharmacology data, validating targets, and understanding the mode-of-action of our molecules.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge cellular assays to support our research efforts
  • Analyze complex data to inform our research strategies and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance our molecules through clinical development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in neuroscience and related fields
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in Neuroscience or a related field
  • Several years of postdoctoral experience in industry or academia
  • Extensive knowledge of in vitro/ex vivo cellular assay development and imaging techniques
  • Experience with data handling and analysis, including R/Python programming
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
