Driving Business Outcomes through Data Insights

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our global People & Culture team as a People Data and Analytics Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, experience with HR systems, and a basic understanding of ESG and CSRD data requirements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of people data at Bang & Olufsen, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our people data infrastructure supports operational needs, strategic objectives, sustainability efforts, and compliance with pay transparency initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in analyzing key people data, identifying trends, and delivering clear reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in continuously strengthening the foundation of people data.
  • Help develop, implement, and automate data processes for ESG and CSRD reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and supporting sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve system integration, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Assist in creating and implementing data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security in people data.
  • Support the global Head of Performance & Reward in reporting total reward data and establishing a robust foundation for compensation data analytics, including ensuring we meet requirements to deliver on pay transparency reporting.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of working in HR Systems and experience in extracting and analyzing data to support business needs.
  • Interest in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on automating and improving people data processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
