Are you ready to turn data into impact?
At Bang & Olufsen, we are looking for a motivated and data-savvy individual with a keen interest in people data analytics. The ideal candidate should have some experience with HR systems, such as SuccessFactors or similar, and a basic understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and/or CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) data requirements. We are seeking someone passionate about learning and contributing to continue building the foundation of people data processes and using technology to improve data quality, accessibility, and insights. You will also play an important role in preparing to support our commitment to equity, fairness, and compliance by helping to ensure adherence to the pay transparency standards.
As a People Data and Analytics Coordinator, you will assist in shaping the continued focus on data and insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help ensure that our people data infrastructure supports operational needs, strategic objectives, sustainability efforts, and compliance with pay transparency initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support in analyzing key people data, identifying trends, and delivering clear reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
- Assist in continuously strengthening the foundation of people data.
- Help develop, implement, and automate data processes for ESG and CSRD reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and supporting sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve system integration, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Assist in creating and implementing data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security in people data.
- Assist the global Head of Performance & Reward in reporting total reward data and in establishing a robust foundation for compensation data analytics, including ensuring we meet requirements to deliver on pay transparency reporting.
What you bring
- Basic knowledge of working in HR Systems and experience in extracting and analyzing data to support business needs.
- Interest in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on automating and improving people data processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred but not required.
