About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative HR Manager to join our team. This part-time position (~25h) offers an opportunity to be part of an industry-leading company in an exciting phase of growth.

Job Description
  • The successful candidate will provide recruiting support for management, including job listings, processes, job descriptions, and contracting.
  • They will also assist with personnel cases, drive various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation, and coordinate and drive HR activities including policies and administration.

The role involves working closely with the management team to drive streamlined employee onboarding and support initiatives directly driving employee engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR roles, with hands-on experience in recruitment and administrative disciplines.
  • A highly structured, energetic, and organized approach, with the ability to progress tasks independently.
  • A proactive attitude and capability to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills in Danish and fluency in English.
  • Extensive knowledge of Danish employer regulations.

AquaGreen Aps is based in Denmark, but we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to relocate or work remotely.
