Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Chief Mobile Optimization Specialist (CMOS) to lead our efforts in maximizing organic traffic from the Apple App Store and Google Play. This role involves developing strategies to improve app listings, rankings, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ASO Expertise: Lead keyword research across multiple markets, optimizing app listings through A/B testing, monitoring rankings, championing reviews and ratings, and improving peer group benchmarking metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize tools like AppTweak/App Annie/data.ai, Google Play Console, and Apple Search Ads to track performance and inform optimization decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in performance marketing, SEO, paid search, CRO, or similar fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ASO, with a proven track record of growing organic traffic from both Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • Extensive knowledge of app store algorithms and proficiency with relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with fluency in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience producing high-quality copy or designs for ASO.
  • Familiarity with localization and translation processes for multi-market apps.
  • Proficiency with BigQuery & Looker Studio or similar data tools.
  • Previous experience working in SaaS, with familiarity with key metrics like MRR, CAC, CLV, churn, etc.
