Drive Business Growth

Vaekst Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to help drive B2B business opportunities for our customers through our Sales-as-a-Service concept. You will assist our customers with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales and market analytics by blending technology, such as AI-tools, with phone and LinkedIn outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage customer pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings
  • Identify best practices to develop internal processes and improve customer outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Motivated by KPIs and fluent in Swedish
  • Workload of 15-20 hours per week

Recruitment Process
