About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Swedish-speaking Business Development Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team at our office in Malmö. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving B2B sales opportunities for our customers through our Sales-as-a-Service concept.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound sales activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn to create business opportunities for our customers in the Nordics.
  • Manage your own sales pipelines and drive customer success through regular reports and status meetings.
  • Identify best practices to develop our internal processes and work with CRM systems and AI-tools.
  • Contribute to building the VAEKST culture and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Fluent Swedish language skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and proactive mindset.
