We are seeking an exceptional researcher and educator to join our team as an Associate Professor in Peptide and Protein Medicinal Chemistry. As a member of the Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology, you will contribute to the development of innovative therapies and treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct original research in peptide ligand discovery, biochemical and biophysical characterization, and protein folding.
- Teach and mentor students in research-based courses, including peptide ligand discovery and protein science.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary research projects.
- Pursue external funding opportunities to support research initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, chemistry, or pharmacology.
- Strong publication record in top-tier scientific journals.
- Demonstrated expertise in peptide ligand discovery, biochemical and biophysical characterization, and protein folding.
