We are looking for an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Limak Cement's Denmark office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, supporting our Managing Director and team, and fostering effective communication between our Danish office and our headquarters in Türkiye.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing general office administration, managing correspondence and visitor coordination, preparing administrative reports, maintaining organized filing systems, and serving as the primary liaison between our Danish office and various departments in Türkiye. You will also be responsible for organizing meetings, appointments, and office events, managing travel arrangements, and preparing travel-related reports.

In addition to your administrative experience, you will require a strong educational background in business administration, office management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English are also essential.
