About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to set up and maintain our Copenhagen office. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and creating a welcoming workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and organize our new office, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace.
  • Liaise with vendors, landlords, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-stocked workplace.
  • Assist with event planning, team gatherings, and office celebrations.
  • Support HR and management with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and coordinating deliveries.
Requirements:

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in office management, administration, or hospitality is required. High level of organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
