As a Supply Planner in Ambu's Global Planning Division, you will have a unique role in defining, implementing, and advancing our new planning strategy in close partnership with our production facilities worldwide, from Asia to North America. Our ultimate goal is to create a world-class, integrated business planning process that spans continents.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage supply planning strategies that align with Ambu's objectives. Your decisions will influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Identify and address supply chain risks. Whether facing disruptions in raw material supply or unexpected demand changes, your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Demand Planning, to optimize the flow of goods. Your ability to work seamlessly across functions will be essential. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, and delivery performance. Data-driven insights will inform your decision-making. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process. Over 5 years of proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. You have a deep understanding of balancing supply and demand. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. High energy, motivation, accountability, and a strong desire to achieve results alongside your colleagues. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or production engineering. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience working with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential. Preferred experience in the medical equipment sector, although not mandatory.Join us for a career #ForeverForward
