Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in R&D project management to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the entire project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of dairy/food processing, production, and products, as well as excellent mechanical and automation knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, motivating the team to achieve project goals, and ensuring project results align with customer needs. Additionally, they will maintain high technical quality through design review meetings, coach and engage the project team, and provide feedback to other departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the product creation process according to Tetra Pak's standards
- Ensure designs meet quality, cost, and time-to-market requirements within budget
- Define the detailed scope and requirements of projects with the Product Manager and System Engineer
- Create and manage project plans, motivating the team to achieve project goals
- Ensure project results align with requirements and customer needs
- Maintain high technical quality through Design Review meetings
- Coach and engage the project team, providing constructive feedback
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with R&D projects. A BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Automation) or equivalent is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Danish is a plus.
