We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our team at Work Supply. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing inspired leadership and making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruiting new talent when necessary
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Work with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals (OKRs and roadmap)
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Support worker communication with the management team

About You

We are looking for a senior operational manager with +3 years of experience in managing a team, project management, and financial management. You should have extensive experience working with one or more PMS systems and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
