Bang & Olufsen is a leading luxury audio brand seeking an experienced B2B Sales Professional to drive growth in North America.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our team and support the expansion of our B2B business in North America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise sales, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for Bang & Olufsen's B2B business in North America, focusing on the hospitality sector.
- Account Management: Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with corporate end-users, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Partnerships: Recruit and develop strategic partnerships with VARs and system integrators to expand our route to market for AV solutions and hospitality solutions.
- Product Expertise: Work closely with Product Management to stay up-to-date on new products, features, and functions, providing expert-level advice to customers.
Bang & Olufsen offers a competitive salary range of $96,000-$120,000 per year, plus a 20% bonus. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
Requirements- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-touch sales model.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
