Job Description: The Job and Responsibilities

This role is an exciting opportunity to own the entire customer journey with top accounts and work closely with senior team members to maintain and build on effective customer strategies.

Daily activities include:

  • Drive our customers' success
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, retention and renewals
  • Work closely with our Developers, Marketing and Sales team to meet our customer's expectations
  • Understand our customers and take ownership of their needs internally and externally
