Position Overview

The Digital and Robotics team is seeking a new member to enhance their technical capabilities. With the growing demand for automating repetitive tasks, you will have the opportunity to revolutionize pharmaceutical production, project by project.

As a Senior Robotics Engineer, your role will involve executing projects and tasks related to the technical operations of the organization, collaborating closely with stakeholders from various departments, including API Manufacturing, Quality, and other relevant areas.

Effective communication with stakeholders and colleagues is essential, as is the ability to foster collaboration across teams. Our team emphasizes knowledge sharing and best practices, while also prioritizing personal and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, planning, and executing robotic solutions within the framework of Digital and Robotics.

• Supporting the digitalization and automation initiatives, while enhancing competencies in Robotics and Automation within the department.

• Overseeing the development of Robotics Networks and forums.

• Mentoring junior colleagues in Robotics and Automation.

Required Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

• A master's degree in automation, robotics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in robotics engineering and/or automation, with a solid background in Robotics solutions (e.g., mobile robots, automated intralogistics, collaborative robots).

• Proven experience in implementing robotics solutions, including testing and quality assurance, along with project management skills, including timeline and budget development.

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor), knowledge of Vision Applications, and experience with hardware and software documentation.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are vital, as is experience working in cross-functional teams. A systematic and structured approach to work is preferred, along with a results-oriented and proactive attitude.

About the Digital and Robotics Team

The Digital and Robotics team is expanding, and we are looking for an additional member to join our efforts in the Robotics and Automation domain. Our mission is to create value by collaborating with API sites, understanding their needs, and shaping the future of API. We prioritize data and technology to enhance process transparency, standardization, and optimization. Our goal is to increase digitalization in processes and minimize manual interventions by leveraging our team's skills and capabilities.

Our team comprises a diverse group of Data Scientists, Chemical, Software, and Robotics Engineers who work collaboratively to address current and future needs in API Production.
