Senior Manager of Strategic Growth and Development

This is a dynamic opportunity to join IFU as a Senior Manager of Strategic Growth and Development. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the organization's strategic direction and growth journey.
About the RoleAs a member of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will be responsible for defining and driving priority initiatives in strategy implementation, collaborating with business units to set KPIs and processes, and assisting in building a new brand for IFU targeting the commercial market. The role also involves supporting the development of business unit strategies, including IFU's investment strategy in collaboration with the Investment management team.
You will contribute to developing strategies, tools, and processes that enable IFU to deliver on its investment targets, lead annual corporate business planning, develop updates to capital plans and investment mandates, and produce insights, recommendations, and fact-based decision material for IFU leadership and business units.
Your Qualifications & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have strong experience in strategy development and project work, preferably from at least 2 years in a management consultancy. Experience with emerging markets, development finance, and private equity is considered a plus but not a requirement. You will hold a Master's degree in economics, business, politics, or social science, financing, or a similar field.
You will possess strong quantitative analysis skills, structured problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the capacity to propose compelling solutions. Additionally, you will have the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
