Project Manager - Automation and Control Systems

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to automation and control systems in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree in electrical or automation engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automation and control systems industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
