About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional projects related to Getinge's sold products to customers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of projects from initiation to close, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within Getinge's standardized methods and tools.
  • Perform and monitor Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with protocols and conclusion meetings with customers and manufacturers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing and executing projects.
  • Develop project-related deliverables, including project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure deliverables within project time plans and budgets.
  • Follow internal procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of the Nordic project department and the tools used.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience working as a technical project manager leading external installation projects. You will have been responsible for ensuring progress, linked to finance, timeline, and customer dialogue, preferably in an international environment. A background in life sciences or a related industry and knowledge of MDR/FDA/GAMP guidelines and SAT and FAT within project management are highly desirable.

Qualifications

You will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as technical business administration, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field. Excellent knowledge of Danish and English is mandatory. A driver's license is also required.
