We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Business Consulting Leader to drive business transformation initiatives within the Consumer Products industry.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to define and deliver business solutions that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and competitiveness. As a Director at Publicis Sapient, you will leverage your expertise in B2B e-commerce and commercial business models to develop large-scale digital product visions, strategies, and experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities, developing solution propositions that deliver transformative outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to define business goals, value streams, and product roadmaps that align with industry trends and customer expectations.
  • Represent the client's interests, facilitating solution workshops and ideation sessions to cultivate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Develop solution hypotheses based on user research, market analysis, and industry trends.
  • Prioritize features and translate solution visions into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Validate and present business cases to C-level executives, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of key initiatives.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer, representing their needs and objectives within cross-functional teams.
  • Establish measurable goals and success criteria, using meaningful metrics and KPIs to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, market trends, and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in B2B e-commerce and commercial business models within the Consumer Products industry.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and continuous delivery practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing large-scale digital product visions, strategies, and experiences.
  • A proven track record of collaboration, leadership, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.

What We Offer

As a Strategic Business Consulting Leader at Publicis Sapient, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, driving business transformation and growth for our clients. We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
