About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller/Finance Partner to join our Cost Management team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a trusted advisor to the head of our DK facility management and his organization, you will be responsible for managing the performance of our global Support functions, ensuring transparency and high quality in our numbers, and providing support to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility of financial results and financial planning of the FM Function in Ramboll Denmark.
  • Drive a continuous cost improvement mindset and proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs by utilizing data-driven spend.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the rest of finance to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Define, track, and maintain the sets of KPI's that are used to steer the function.
  • Work closely with the Finance Director, country Management team, and Denmark FM & RE as the trusted finance partner.
  • Organize financial reviews together with Senior Director for Global FM and FM Managers.
  • Prepare consolidated overview of FM results for Denmark, budget, etc. Be the one for analyses, trends, calculations, and simulations. Support complex business cases.
  • Coordinate with local Finance & accounting controllers and provide sparring with them.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of work experience within financial planning & analysis, and/or experience as a trusted finance partner.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges at hand.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience from working with business intelligence systems an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
